(1) During the investigation of a person who is accused of violating professional conduct or having registered his name in accordance with section 19 of the Act, the investigation committee shall give at least thirty days to submit his explanation in this regard, stating the reason for taking action against such person.
(2) When given an opportunity to submit a clarification in accordance with sub-rule (1), it must also be disclosed that the allegations leveled against him have been clearly stated and the facts and reasons on which each accusation is based.
(3) If given an opportunity to submit a clarification as per sub-rule (1), the concerned person shall also submit his clarification within the deadline.
